Karen Fisher-Austin sold us our condominium. It was our first home purchase and she walked us thru the process one step at a time. She was professional and very patient with all of our questions. Karen never pressured us and shared information about lenders, interest rates etc. It was obvious that she was experienced and clearly looking out for us.

We recommend Karen Fisher-Austin as your realtor without reservation. We found her to be trustworthy and honest in her business dealings with us. She would be our first call if/when we wish to sell and/or purchase another home.

As a first-time home buyer, I was very fortunate to find Karen Austin with Re/Max. I knew nothing about purchasing a home but with Karen’s assistance I was able to find and purchase the perfect home for me. I told Karen what I was looking for; she was able to find exactly what I needed. . . with everything I asked for in the home. I am very happy with my purchase. I love my home! Karen’s knowledge, skills and patience as a realtor made this major decision a lot easier for me to understand and achieve. She is a dedicated professional who not only cares about the business aspect of her job but also genuinely cares about her client’s wellbeing. I’ve had the pleasure of recently retaining her services again for the selling of a property I inherited. It is very easy for me to give a 5 star review for her services.
Thank you, Karen!

Karen was amazing. She was patient and informative and made my first home buying experience as low stress as possible. I was buying from out of state, and she took the time to preview homes for me and stayed in regular contact guiding me through the entire process. Cannot recommend her enough!

We have purchased our condo from Karen Austin. She and I have been in communication for a little over a year and finally got an opportunity to meet up and begin the home search. The process went smoothly, Karen even introduced us to a mortgage company that was able to get us pre-approved and walked us through obtaining a mortgage. We are in the process of moving in...I would recommend Karen Austin 10/10.

Karen was very patient with us as we completed the repairs to our house. She contacted us regularly to check on our progress. She was knowledgable about the market & things that we could do to make our house sell faster. After 4 showings in 2 days, we had a full price offer and a successful sale. Her team made it easy to go through the entire process. Karen was fun to work with and very attentive to our situation. By the time of the closing, Karen was a friend. Thanks to Karen and her team.

I had an amazing experience at RE/MAX Real Estate Pros West. Ms. Karen Fisher-Austin was my listing agent. Ms. Fisher-Austin embodied all the traits I could wish for in an agent. I believe the key to our successful working relationship was her long career experience in real estate in the Lansing area as both a listing and selling agent. She was able to educate me on everything I needed to know for a successful presentation, pricing, and sale of my home. She was able to provide answers to any questions I had. Throughout the process, she kept me informed of all the details and always consulted me for input on every decision that was made. Her communication skills were phenomenal. I truly believe that under Ms. Fisher-Austin direction and oversight, I received the very best return possible on the sale of my home.

I would highly recommend Karen.
She is a great agent who knows the real estate business inside and out.
Through her professionalism, I was able to buy my first home with her smoothly and quickly and also sell my home just as quickly and smoothly many years later.
If you choose Karen as your agent, you will be in good hands.
